Geoff Blackwell

Geoff Blackwell, President of AchieveGlobal Canada, works with senior teams to plan, design, and implement changes within organizations.  A former top-selling Account Executive, Geoff is uniquely equipped to help AchieveGlobal customers clarify and communicate organizational strategy.

He is both a proactive and a collaborative leader, who reinforces the professional and personal strengths of his employees by encouraging collaboration and cooperation.  Geoff believes that people perform most effectively when their work environment strikes an appropriate balance between the human and the business elements.

Geoff has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from McMaster University, and has been with AchieveGlobal since 1994.

Geoff is married with three boys.  In his spare time he enjoys coaching his sons’ championship hockey teams.


 

 
Carolyn Crawford 

Carolyn Crawford, Vice President of AchieveGlobal Canada, works with all functions of the organization to ensure that the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of all processes and procedures are compliant with Government requirements and legislation.  She plays a key role in both the executive team and senior leadership team in planning, strategizing, and implementing internal change.

Since joining the organization in 1986, Carolyn has seen it grow and adapt through various incarnations - including the industry-altering merger of Learning International, Zenger Miller, and Kaset International that eventually spawned AchieveGlobal.  Her long tenure with the company gives her a unique insight into the industry as a whole and a wealth of experience in dealing with AchieveGlobal, its people, and its customers.  Carolyn has her Certified General Accountant designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Toronto.

When not spending time with her two children and family, Carolyn enjoys traveling and working on stained glass projects.


 

 
Ian Cameron

As Vice-President of Training Implementations, Ian Cameron works with client organizations to ensure that AchieveGlobal Canada continues to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.  As a former award-winning Account Executive and skilled training facilitator, Ian is uniquely qualified to help clients translate business strategies into results by improving the performance of their people.

Ian’s warm, personable approach underscores his honest, single-minded dedication to providing clients with specific, indispensable, and effective solutions.  Ian takes pride in his ability to find the root of his client’s business issues and customize his approach to address their individual needs.  Creative, insightful, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail, Ian receives constant accolades from clients and coworkers alike.

Ian joined AchieveGlobal in 2000 and was made Vice-President of Training Implementations in 2007. He began working in the training and development industry as a Career Consultant with the Hayhurst Career Centre, and later with Scott Consulting as the Toronto Practice Leader.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys coaching his eldest son’s hockey team, his other son’s lacrosse team, and cheering on his daughter at her dance competitions.
